Chartwell's Personalized Admissions Process

At Chartwell, we take a personalized and thoughtful approach to admissions. To begin, families are invited to schedule a call with Genee Cahill, our admissions coordinator.

This 30–45 minute conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know your student—their learning profile, strengths, and needs—and to share more about Chartwell’s programs and philosophy. Together, we’ll determine whether Chartwell may be the right environment for your child.

From there, Genee will guide you through the next steps, which may include a campus tour and an opportunity for your student to spend time on campus and experience life at Chartwell.

Because every learner is unique, this intentional process helps ensure that Chartwell is the best environment for your student to thrive and that our programs can fully support their growth and success.
