Chartwell's Personalized Admissions Process

At Chartwell, we take a personalized and thoughtful approach to admissions. To begin, families are invited to fill out the form below. Once submitted, our admissions team carefully reviews your information, along with a Psychoeducational or Neuropsychological evaluation, to better understand your student’s learning profile and determine if our program is a good fit. If you do not have a formal evaluation, we also accept progress reports, report cards, or any recent testing from your student’s current school.

After you submit the form, Genee Cahill, Director of Enrollment, will reach out to you to request these documents and determine if a discovery call is the next best step. This 30–45 minute conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know your student—their strengths and needs—and to share more about Chartwell’s philosophy. Together, we’ll determine whether Chartwell is the right environment for your child.

From there, Genee will guide you through the next steps, which may include a campus tour and an opportunity for your student to spend time on campus and experience life at Chartwell.
