Registration, Payment and Policies
- Enrollment is limited to 6 students per class, and admissions will be made on a first-come-first served basis.
- Make check payable to Chartwell School Extended Learning Program.
- If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be contacted and your tuition refunded, in full.
- All classes will be held at the Chartwell School in Seaside, California.
- In the unlikely event that a student becomes disruptive to the learning environment or refuses to participate, Chartwell School reserves the right to disenroll the student. If this occurs, tuition for the program is non-refundable.
- Each class is offered either on either a Monday/Wednesday time slot or a Tuesday/Thursday time slot to better accommodate student’s schedules and homework. Some classes are offered at different times to also better serve students with busy schedules.
- Tuition is $325 for Five-Week Courses and $650 for Ten-Week Courses
