Events

Chartwell holds many events each year.  Our largest event of the year is Party in a Pear Tree, an elegant gala held every December for the last 17 years.  Please click here to learn more about this very special event, to be held this year on December 3, 2011.

Our spring fundraising event, Party in Provence, features a catered French dinner, a silent auction, live music, and truly excellent company.  

Other events include a variety of gathering for Chartwell families and friends, Grandparents & Special Friends Day, Achievement Night, the Science Fair, Geography Day, Arts & Humanities Displays and more.

If you are interested in volunteering at a Chartwell event in any capacity, please contact Bobbie Wolcott at 831.394.3468 ext 1023 or bwolcott@chartwell.org. Volunteers are very much appreciated and opportunities range widely from participating in event planning to stuffing envelopes, from overseeing a tug-of-war to securing unique auction items, from baking a dessert to making a few thank you phone calls. Any amount of time that you can give will help even more students succeed at Chartwell.
