Fundraisers & Volunteering

Chartwell’s annual fundraisers are crucial to the school’s success and sustainability. Our fundraisers allow us to offer financial aid to deserving students, to offer services and education to the wider community, and to sustain the high quality of our program. Our regular fundraising events include the annual Party in a Pear Tree in December, and our smaller spring event.

We greatly appreciate volunteers for our events, who provide the ideas, imagination, and energy to make them such outstanding occasions. Event planning committees generally meet at a local coffee shop to discuss the event, support one another, and work together to create memorable and successful events.

We're also grateful to volunteers who join us for other school events, such as the Fall BBQ, Grandparents and Special Friends Day, Achievement Night, the Science Fair, regular field trips and special projects.
